Shop Hop Rules and Procedures

Wednesday March 18- Saturday March 21 9:00am-6:00pm daily

To participate in the shop hop you must simply go to any of the shops participating during the dates and times of the shop hop and pick up a passport. 

The Passport will need to be brought with you from shop to shop and stamped proving you visited each shop during the hop. 

One passport per person, not transferable person to person- be nice play fair!  

You must visit all 8 shops during the hop. You turn in your completed passport at the last shop you visit and are then eligible for the prize drawing. 

This year we have a quilt project, exclusive to us, designed by Doug Leko of Antler Quilt Designs, shown in the picture above. Kits will make a throw size quilt 56"x74" quilt but, the pattern will have directions for queen size as well (additional fabric would be needed).

If you are interested in the project you will receive the Quilt Kit Passport and then get a stamp indicating your purchase at each shop. 

At each shop you must purchase the kit for part of the quilt (you may purchase multiple).Kits are $14 (plus tax) at each of the 8 shops.

 At the last shop, for each COMPLETE Quilt Passport you turn in (showing you purchased 8 kits - one from each shop) you will receive a snazzy bonus prize, along with the pattern to complete the quilt with your choice of setting variations! 

Please note that the Shop Hop Passport is one per person but you have may have multiple QUILT KIT PASSPORTS and buy multiple kits for the quilt at each shop if you have other friends interested in making this exclusive project who are unable to shop hop. 

Prizes will be drawn from the completed passports on Monday March 23, 2020. The winners will be notified by phone and published on the website and facebook. Winners must be 18 years or older

Every participant receives a free gift with purchase at each participating shop in which they make a purchase.

 Each shop will provide some refreshments for participants.

 Every completed Shop Hop passport will receive a coupon page for a return trip to each shop before December 31 2020.

Junior passports are available for participants under 18 and they are still able to receive a free gift with purchase. 

 Two Daily Drawings will be pulled at each shop on the hop from the hoppers who attended that day and each winner will receive a $25 gift card.
