Rules from Passport to Prizes

How to prepare

Map your route!  Strategize your hop. You can space it out hitting a few shops each day of the hop or all in one day. Use our downloadable Map or the links to the participating shops to decide what will work best for you. Find a bunch of willing quilty friends who are ready for the challenge and get started!


Each hopper must pick up and fill out their passport at their first shop. This will be stamped at each shop they visit on the hop. One passport per customer. Customer must be present for passport to be stamped.

 Each hopper will receive a free pattern at each shop. 

Each hopper will be given a free gift with any purchase at a shop. 

Junior passports will be given to anyone under age 18 participating. 

Prizes are awarded to participants 18 and older. 

(Free pattern and gift with purchase available to any participant) 

Turn in your passport at the last shop you visit to be included in prize drawing.

Prize Announcements

Daily drawing winners are notified each day by each shop.

Prize winners are drawn from completed passports on Monday March 26 and will be notified that day. It will also be announced on Facebook and this website.

Hop Hours

Hop Hours are firm:  Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-7pm. 

Anyone arriving outside of these stated hours will not get their passport stamped. 

Plan ahead and please obey traffic laws! 

It is supposed to be fun but we have to have rules folks!

Kits and Finishing Kits

Each shop will have a kit for purchase to make their free block pattern- $9

Each shop will also have a finishing kit option available for purchase - prices vary according to the shop. Options will be published by mid March so you can plan which kit you would like to use. These are only available for purchase during the Hop!


Each shop will have a small complimentary hospitality area set up for hoppers with snacks to keep their strength and energy up!
